Bah, you can complain about Horde fine, but I am on Kirin Tor, where the Alliance outnumbers us 3 to 1, we almost never have WG, and if the 12 year olds are home from school Crossroads is under attack to remove our lowbie quest givers.

Hmm.... warcraftrealms.com reports 78% Horde on US Kirin Tor, and 93% on EU Kirin Tor.My experience on US Kirin Tor is that even with the Horde outnumbering Alliance 4:1, there's plenty of Alliance folks on (in the evenings, US EST, at least). My impression is that the Alliance holds their own in Wintergrasp, though I haven't done it for a while, so I could be mistaken.Seems as if the issue isn't one of how many people are on a server, but of how many people play regularly on a server.

Take a look at the activity ratio; 1.6 alliance:1 horde. From what I've seen lately, horde is picking up in PVP and starting to take WG at least a few times a day, unlike before when we saw it maybe 2-3 times a week, but for a long time, the server felt alliance dominated. It seems to cycle though.

@SamrobbYou conveniently neglected to mention that Warcraftrealms state on the server page:"WE NEED YOUR HELP!There are too few Horde entries for this realm to give reliable results! Please help today by submitting data for this realm! Find out more about how to help here!"So until they get enough submissions both yours and Iceharts numbers are meely guesstimates...
