My first account in Vanilla was on a PvP server (Burning Legion) where I saw all sorts of griefing behavior from the Horde. They especially liked to sit on the roof of the inn in Duskwood and one-shot every player riding through. STV would always turn into a war of level 60s as one group got ganked and got on their mains to take revenge. Quite possible the Alliance acted in a similar way in horde areas, but I was never in a position to see for myself back then (it was my first toon in the 20s and 30s)I always thought that ganking of low level toons could be reduced if Dishonorable kills were given to the person attacking was X levels higher than the person being attacked. If the person so far below was stupid enough to attack first, that would be his own fault. Not sure if there are flaws to the idea I don't see, but the frustration of the constant ganks I saw in Burning Legion made me wish this existed.I'm sticking with the PvE servers now, and will never go back. Of course not all Horde (or Alliance) on pvp servers are asshats, but its the ones who *are* that ruin it for everyone else.
