Generally those harassing lowbie areas are pretty fail, like the 3 70 rogues in BC harassing Sentinel Hill while a couple guildees were questing with me on our lowbies. We had ungeared 70s but jumped on them anyway, even though as a rogue/mage/warrior we expected we'd need help from the guards or others to be able to actually do anything. The 3 rogues were dead within 30 seconds of us landing in Sentinel Hill. We killed them again for good measure before they managed to rez/stealth and escape. At 80 with some decent pvp gear, I've gotten my mains out a few times to take care of people doing similar things, and even though I am merely "ok" at PVP, definitely not in the ranks of "good", those harassing low-level areas are almost never even a slight contest. Really, someone harassing a lowbie area is really just putting up a big flag that says "I fail so bad I need to kill lvl 30 npcs to make myself feel good". So to the rest of you with 80s, when you see or hear of someone attacking lowbie areas, even if you're not that great at PVP, that is your chance to kill (and camp) someone who is probably too fail to do much at all.
