I play alliance in US-Balnazzar wich is heavy tilted towards horde. WG? Once every week and probably at early morning hours. Tenacity 15 - 20 all time (except when we get WG). But ganking lowbies is not the reason, at least not the reason that starts moving the balance towards one direction. In fact, I would say that when the balance is so off, ganking lowbies contributes to keep that rate. Or actually it improves it (more ganking = more upset from the ganked players = players either rerolling the opposite faction or xferring)Also ganking lowbies is not an horde tradition only. When a couple of hordes would kill me and camp my lowbie alt, I log my mage, go kill them and proceed to make miserable the life of every single lowbie horde in the zone by ganking them or killing the quest givers npcs. So as you can see, it's not based on one faction in particular. It is true however, that there's a trend, PvP realms have been usually more horde "friendly"/populated, while PvE realms tend to have more Alliance. At least in my battlegroup (Rampage) it's that way.
