(Promoting PvP gears) Neck and Trinkets:
For 34100 points/each, you can get iLvl245 gears:
Battlemaster's Rage, +256AP
Battlemaster's Fury, +128crit
For 52200 points, you can get iLvl264 item:
Wrathful Gladiator's Pendant of Sundering, +60ArP(!), +181AP,

They drop from VoA bosses too, but only if you are very lucky.
They requires a different currency so that you can spend emblems on other items.

They don't have procs, but the resilience and stamina stats are somewhat helpful; if you die too fast, your dps is not just low, it's Zero-low.
