I'm not a big vote kicker, but can think of many instances where this would have been helpful.
For instance, the tank who decided he would not tank oculus, and teleported out of the dungeon, then when we politely asked him to drop group, he became a total jerk, asking what we were all still doing in his group... we had to wait 15 minutes to kick him, before our dungeon could start. All because he refused to leave.

Similar, when 4/5 players want to re-queue together for another dungeon, but the huntard won't pick a role, and won't drop group, and because the dungeon is finished, we're not allowed to kick him, SO ANNOYING.

Huh, similar thing happened to me too.
Joined a group where the tank decided to be cocky and pulled about half the instance and died. Poor healer barely had buffs out. He then proceeded to abuse the healer for "sucking" and refused to leave group. We had to sit there and cop his abuse for 15 mins (I lasted about 5 before I put him on ignore) and then had to queue up for another tank. All the while he was gloating that he'd get an insta-group because hes a tank. Good for you, buddy.
