If you have gearscore while targetting someone type
/gs
It tells if they're missing gems. it tells if they're sporting incorrect stats. Is your frost dk single wielding? You'll see it. Does your mage have resilience? It'll show up. It'll adjust their gearscore on this screen accordingly.
I hope goblins and worgen don't fall behind ;-;

Please give the benefit of doubt and ask about odd things. I frequently sit in dal in my resto gear but in my enh spec. That dk may be frost now, but he might have just gotten invited as his other spec and is in the process of changing and your outburst of "l2playnoob:p" threw a monkey wrench into his thoughts.

jw...did i miss when blizz confirmed that we would be able to make warlock trolls and dwarves? I heard about them being in the alpha, but people explained it away as a bug. I haven't heard about it since, but it was mentioned (rather casually i might add) in this podcast. Was it a slip-up? Is it confirmed? Do we even know?
