Adding diminishing returns to stuns doesn't remove them at all. it takes 12 seconds of stun lock to like 11... and since largely no one in cloth is living that long anyway, I don't see that as a weakening rogues so much that they need a turbo always win immunity button. Rogues have always been in a good place in PVP - even with vanish "bugged"... I don't see how yall expect to get a huge buff to a core ability and not be imballanced.
