Fox, your column has become one of the best on wow.com. I wish it could be published at a slightly better time though, because it seems like wow.com is always updating things and pushes out 3-4 more posts within 2 hours of your post, and it gets lost in the sea of info this site puts out. This was an absolutely great post, love the chemistry between you and Dawn in your intro's, and here's hoping the wow.com editors give this column a bit more time to shine in future weeks.P.S. You're right about those weapons. For ele/resto shaman, the mace is so far above and beyond anything else they can get, you'll be fighting with them over the one handers.

I hope to GOD you're kidding. Go look at Dawn or Frostheim's "How To: LK" columns and TRY to compare them. This has no information whatsoever on how to successfully win this fight as a shadowpriest (Which is the point of this half of Spiritual Guidance, no)? Oh wait, nevermind.. he mentioned multidotting once, oh and mind sear. Seriously?? Bravo.

Jeeze Arnold...did Fox Van Allen steal your dog or something?

Just trying to help Fox realize that this article mentioned shadow priesting abilities twice. I may disagree with the opinion that the article was "great" but that doesn't change the fact that it had nothing to do with Spiritual Guidance (outside of multidotting and mindsear, like I said).

This isn't EJ, or tankspot, I'm not joking, I just find the priest columns very readable. (Yes, Frostheim is classic, but I like the dark humor a bit more.)Also, Fox discussed quite a few priest abilities (PW:S when no disc priest, don't bother with mind flay on the valk as it is suboptimal, dispel terenas inside frostmourne).Besides those abilities, my understanding is that spriests don't usually have much utility outside of melting the faces off of everything, and mind sear is really big-time money on the vile spirits in phase 3. Feel free to fill in the gaps, I just don't see any holes in what fox said up there. (Maybe he could have said to use Silence to interrupt the enemy mob inside frostmourne? That's about all I can even fathom.)
