While I acknowledge that there are guilds still struggling their way through normal (with a 20% zone buff, yikes!), these guides either briefly mention or exclude information on the heroic difficulty, which makes me a sad panda. :(

Unfortunately, 20% buffs do not apply to mental cognition.

Hey... we're not all uber you know.Seriously though, I'm trying and I know my raid group is - admittedly we're on one of the least progressed EU realms - but seeing as this is the first current raid tier we've been able to actually work at (ToC was old by the time we hit 80) I think we'll end up doing fine if a little later then everyone else.

Also, many guilds are bringing players who might not be as geared as they could be, so the 20% buff helps bridge that gap (still, not everything is about DPS/healing/tank health). And thanks for the resource, WoW.com. Having everything in one place is always a good thing.

I should clarify my position a bit before the pitchforks and torches reach me. I have no problem with the normal mode strategies being consolidated and posted. That's very helpful. However, with the growing number of groups who have cleared the raid, I don't see why the heroic mode information could not have been included as well.
