Around Azeroth: The King is dead
Judging by the expression on his face, the last thing Arthas saw before he died was the ending to Something's Gotta Give, the only movie I've ever seen where the ending was terrible enough that I actually threw things at the screen. God only knows that I wish I could also bleach that memory from my eyes. (Thanks beary much to submitter Dustin for this screenshot!)
Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see them on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as emailing aroundazeroth@wow.com with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use Alt Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, Val'kyr on mounts or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran. Older screenshots can be found here.

You threw things at the screen? I've never seen the movie; is the ending really that bad?

I just looked up the plot on Wikipedia.
Yes. Yes, it is that bad.

No, worst ending to any movie of the 00's was "40 Day and 40 Nights". The plot was weak (guy gives up sex for Lent but meets the girl of his dreams while celibate), but the ending was reprehensible. In order to avoid nocturnal temptation on the last night of celibacy, the main character gets a friend to handcuff him to the bed. While he's sleeping, he gets raped by his ex-girlfriend, who wants to win a bet that he can't make it the full 40 days. The main character's love interest walks in afterwards, blames him for the rape and storms out. He has to win her back by doing all the normal win-back-the-girl movie cliches while no one acknowledges (or even finds it odd) that he was raped in his sleep so that his ex could win a bet. Seriously. WTF.

That ending was totally throw-things-at-screen-worthy. Utterly horrid. After throwing things me and my friends rewinded 15 minutes and ended the film where it *should* have ended. Not that it was good even then. But still slightly better.
Good to know we weren't the only ones who were outraged enough to throw (non heavy) things :D

Yup indeed terrible ending.....

I love Wikipedia film plot synopses. People go through incredible lengths to describe each and every thing that happens sometimes. My personal favorite has always been on the page for The Matrix.
From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Matrix (Spoiler alert...I think?)
"A short epilogue shows Neo back in the Matrix, making a telephone call promising that he will demonstrate to the people imprisoned in the Matrix that 'anything is possible'. He hangs up the phone and flies into the sky."

As soon as I read the topic title and saw the picture, I heard Scar from "The Lion King" saying that line.
Long live the king indeed. ^_^
