24-hour downtime this Tuesday for 72 servers to make them Cataclysm-ready

The extended downtime, says Blizzard, is to prepare the servers for the Cataclysm expansion. While this should not be taken as a sign that the expansion is imminent, it's at least nice to see that preparations are continuing apace. In addition, it's probably fair to assume that even if your server isn't in this current list, it'll eventually get a day of downtime of its own as Blizzard gets all of their servers in shape.

My guild decided a couple months ago that Tuesdays were not a good raid night, for just this reason, and changed our raid schedule to Wednesday and Thursday instead. Just to rub it in, my server is not even on the list, so all this is just hypothetical anyways.

24 HOURS?! There are not enough episodes of Star Wars to get me through 24 Hours! I could watch the prequels...but I'd rather stare at the dragon flying around ICC then watch that.
