I would recommend any holy/disc to give the shady side a shot even if just to see things from our perspective. Do you see us running? (Might be a good time to bubble or heal us) Are we standing there with laser beams shooting from our hands at 75% health? (Move along nothing to see here).

I would recommend the Quartz add on for anyone concerned with multi dotting and face melting. That 0.25 second of latency is huge in a long fight. There are Macros you can assign to your Mind Flay and Sear to keep you from spamming them. "But I never spam keys".....Oh yes you will. You will be filled with the raw hatred of your enemy....Burn, Burn I say.....cough cough Sorry.

Fear not my fledgling Healer wanna be Shadow Priests. You can still toss out the occasional party heal and flash heals and jump right back into the fight. Just resist the urge and you will be pleasantly surprised.
