I don't like this wave of paid services and items. I am already paying a damn subscription for this game! I understand services like character move, faction and name change, because these are actions that can disrupt the game flow (to avoid people moving between servers and factions following PvP fortunes, etc), but what's the reason of pets, mounts, and this?
I'm not going to pay for any of this. Instead, I'm gonna play LOTRO as soon as it gets free-to-play, at least I know I have to pay for extras.

I didn't know this effected your gameplay severely. Or was that the mount or the vanity pets?
Really, people need to stop complaining about these things. YOU DON'T NEED THEM. Start complaining when Blizz starts to offer, like... talent points, or gear for a price. But until then, complaining about how "This changes your gameplay severely" WHEN IT DOESN'T is just stupid and childish!

Yeah, ok, move from one game where microtransactions are optional, to another game that makes them essential. Really big of you, that.
If you enjoy the game, play it. If you don't, don't. Don't pretend to be indignant at every little thing just in order to justify quitting.
