I'm pretty torn about getting this. I was using the beta most days, not so much for my main bank alt, but for an alt I'd started on another server, where I'd not made a bank alt yet. It was mighty convenient to finish a quest with full bags one evening and simply hearthstone to an inn. Then auction everything with the web feature during lunch the next workday, maybe check for gear upgrades at a good price or see if anything on my short list was at a bargain price. The next time I got onto the character it was good to go, with maybe just a quick stop off at the mailbox to pick up new gear. Things that I was flipping on the AH I could just leave in the mailbox, so they didn't clutter up bag space, didn't need to run to the bank and back, etc. For that matter, there was one evening where I logged out in the middle of questing, loaded a bunch of stuff onto the AH to clear bag space, then logged back in to continue--it was much faster that getting to the AH and back from where I was.It certainly was not perfect--others have listed all the issues already so I won't repeat them. Short form: it is not a replacement for having a character at the AH, but it means that you don't have to have a character at the AH all of the time, as well as that freedom to do things without logging in.It is just a question of: am I addicted to the AH enough to pay $3 a month for it? I suspect I might be, but I'm going to hold off for a while and see how life is without it, then decide.
