$0-$6 for an authenticator is a sound investment for people who need one, and a waste of time and money for people who don't (like me, who never has been and never will be hacked, rain the neg rep down on me losers).

$3 PER MONTH for the ability to run auctions from anywhere, even if I could somewhere use Auctionator remotely, is a waste of money comparable to paying for Michael Bay movies or purchasing Gamestop's extended warranties. Beta was nice, and I'd pay a one time fee, but not a recurring monthly fee. It's ridiculous.
