We have a player in our guild that occassionally pugs on his druid tank. He gives a speech at the start of every run that goes something like "I will pull as fast as I am comfortable doing. I am not looking for a super fast run, but I don't tend to dawdle either. However, if you think my pace is too slow and you pull for me, then I will let you tank and see how far you get."I think his speech (and attitude) is better than that other guy's.
