This is in fact in one of the new goblin town/areas in Azshara.
I just wish they would stop showing all the stuff we have all already seen in the sandbox and show us some actual stuff like... npcs or something.
Or at least show inside of new Org or something, you know.. something cool.

Wanted: Slim Pickens look-alike to ride bomb into 'enemy' territory. Must have cowboy hat and be able to yell "yee-haw", when the bomber doors open.
I thought it was Toshley's Station at first and couldn't figure out why I'd never seen anything that large over there.
