I think it's that overall, the 'Gunslinger' motif just doesn't quite gel with 'Huntering' in the WoW sense.

It seems to me that any pistol-toting in wow should almost be done by an entirely different class, or at best a future fourth spec to the hunter... maybe the petless 'ranger' type that's also often suggested? /2c
