I'm not familiar with Quick Auctions (QA3), but I'll argue that Auctioneer has all the tools you need to mass post with various options for undercutting. I think the only thing I had to setup outside Auctioneer was a macro for canceling auctions.
For those trying to get into this market, I'll be honest, the money can be ridiculously good... But it does take a bit of effort to familiarize yourself with all the mods and to get everything setup correctly and running smoothly. The other aspect that really needs to be driven home, to truly be successful, you really do have to be able to repost glyphs several times a day. Seriously, if you're only going to post glyphs in the morning before you go to work and in the evening when you get home/before raid time, don't bother. Yes, you'll make a bit of money, but IMO the money made from that minimal bit of dedication won't be worth it.
And really... It does become tedious and tiresome after a while. Sadly, the collecting of gold is quite addictive and keeps me going. But unlike others that are upset about the potential changes in Cataclysm, I see it as a merciful release. I look forward to diversifying and learning new ways to make money in the expansion and to cut back on the time I spend solely in the glyph market.

You could argue all you want that Auctioneer has all the features you need. It does. But it posts items about 10x slower than QuickAuctions. If you have 1000+ items up at any given time, Auctioneer will not cut it.
