The glyph market can be very profitable, but like this article says, requires a ton of time spent cancelling and reposting. If you have that sort of time, eg. don't mind constantly cancelling and reposting all night on a laptop while watching TV or whatever, and never raiding, PVPing, or doing anything else interesting in game, enjoy your stacks of money!
