As far as I know, there is no way to properly track this.http://www.guildox.com/ offers some limited tracking of who's coming and going in the guild roster for the larger guilds, but only within the past month or so.The armory can track a particular character's entry and exit for guilds (I think), but I imagine it would be terribly time-consuming to search through so many possible members, and that it doesn't go back far enough for your interests.You may have more luck if your guild has a guild website. Some guilds (like mine) use sites like guildomatic which you could use to see who the oldest members are.Best of luck!
