"Red Drakes and a handful of explosives, players can thin the ranks of Grim Batol's occupiers through bombing flights into the ruined city's corridors."Grim Batoculus?

It's probably more like the Burning Crusade era bombing runs, but obviously I can't say that for sure.

Oh please, oh please let that name stick.

I for one will be using it.

Great name for it, and my fears exactly.

I believe a blue poster confirmed it would be akin to the BC-era bombing runs as opposed to the Oculus

I must have missed those bombing runs in Occulus. Are we making things up just to complain?

I'm sure Blizz are well aware of the general loathing towards the drake mechanic in The Oculus - I very much doubt this will be bad. Seeing as it's of a bombing ilk, it should be good fun - carpet bombing ahoy! :D

There is no general loathing for Occulus. For every person that hates it, there is another one that loves it. I'm one of the people who doesn't mind it, who loved it at the start, but after doing it about 300 times I became a bit apathetic.

I think you're fooling yourself. Of course loathing of Oculus isn't universal, but it's far from a 50/50 split. For every player that loved Oculus, there were several more that hated it. Never have I seen a 5 man so detested, so widely, so many pugs break up on it, or after the LFG was introduced so many leave as soon as they zone in.
