"I kind of 'know' who has what buff on them. "------You *KIND OF* know? My Grid is set up to show all relevant information so I *ALWAYS* know. This is the kind of problem you deal with when you are healing with people who don't use addons. My guild used to have a paladin healer who refused to use any addons, and he just could not find the Slag Pot victim in time during Ulduar 25 raid. In order to justify how good he is without addons, he used to post healing meters in raid chat. On the other hand, healing Slag Pot is a non-issue with a customised Grid addon. I don't even need to have the name of the person called out on vent because there's this big debuff icon in the middle of a rectangle. It is a lot faster than trying to locate a particular person's by name among 25 rectangles.I don't believe any healers without addon who claim they are great healers unless they can prove that to me. Personally I have never met one that's good. I'm still waiting to be proven wrong.
