Be it x-perl, Grid, VuhDo, Healbot - something.

And every healer that I've ever encountered that claims "oh, I totally don't need addons. Addons are for bad healers" is either not healing progression hard modes, or is terrible at everything except topping the meters - but no one's willing to tell them for whatever reason (she's been a member of this guild a long time, she's the raid leader's girlfirend, he's the raid leader's boyfriend, etc.).
