Just downloaded the patch, it's very small for a patch that is ment to have the Real ID and ruby sanc in it, maybe being on the oceanic/US realms we will see another patch soon that unlocks ruby sanc?

it's not turned on for me. Besides normally when the Background downlader has data in it on patch night it will start downloading from say 80% (if that how much of the patch was on the background downloader) where as tonight it went from 1%-100% in about 8mins (about 55KB/s download speed for me)
