Agreed, very sad panda. There are so many problems with Real ID it's a shame. You have to share out your login to use it. You have no control over the information shared with "friends of friends". It on by default and the only way to turn it off is by enabling parental controls, expect a bunch of bogus friend requests. They use your billing/registration information, when they didn't tell you they were going to share when they collected it. They even had to change the TOS. They have already added features to entice you to use the feature. Expect it to be far more necessary with SCII and Diablo III.
