probbly more likely that a male orge would just use a human female as a playtoy and end up making her pregnant.

Though technically diffrent species aren't suppose to be able to have children who can also reproduce. (aka donkey+horse=mule, mules dna gets totally fucked when they mate so the baby wouldn't survive)
