Best thing to do is just take a break and play something else. Really, there are plenty of games out there. I could potentially have plenty of things to do, but it's just not fun for me anymore. It's the same old stuff I've seen over and over with a slight difference. I for one am not coming back until Cataclysm.
I don't mean to sound trollish, but I just can't seem to understand why you would "fight" burnout. I mean cmon, If you are sick of something just give it a break.
