Additional advice for moonkin soloing Anzu would be to always go after the Sethekk Prophets FIRST in Anzu's room. They have a fear, which has lead to more than a few Serthida corpse runs. Additionally, when there's more than one Prophet, a well-placed entangling roots can buy you enough time to burn down the first one before the second one can get a fear off. Or wear a PvP trinket (Titan-Forged Rune of Audacity, the spellpower's more helpful than the resilience on the Medallion of the Horde/Alliance for this purpose).
