A couple tips that I've picked up whilst making mount runs and such...
Prince Thekal:
You don't have to deal with any trash at all. Just stroll right up past the axe-throwers, toss a Moonfire on one of the council and jog around to the back of the cage.
If you keep the Zulian Tigers alive (and damaged), the priestess will heal them instead of her compatriots (must be a cat-lover).
Bloodlord:
Not a tip for him, but as a 'while you're there...' thing. Nuke the packs of raptors. They have a chance of dropping a raptor pet that easily sells for a grand on my realm.
Anzu:
If you're still learning the fight or have some difficulties with it (or just want a 'do over option'), kill Ikiss. It gives you a room to pull trash back into (fear is bad, mmkay?) and if you do end up kissing the floor, killing Ikiss opens up the door in the first chamber for a straight shot back to his room without having to stealth through all the trash again.

Killing Ikiss also gives you a count of how many times you've run the instance, whereas Anzu doesn't. So if you're wondering how many times you've run a certain boss, Ikiss is a great way to keep a tally on your Anzu farming! The information is in your Statistics on the WoW Armory, or on the Statistics tab on the Achievements interface, in-game.
