You can always use this if you don't care to lose your current target and have to do a quick decurse on the raid. Replace 'Remove Curse' with 'Polymorph' and you have a handy sheep macro for the MC'd guys in heroic Deathwhisper. --- For those of you who don't know, a mouseover macro makes it so that the spell is cast at whoever your mouse is hovering over at the time you press the button - so you don't lose your current target or have to waste time clicking somebody's frame.

/cast [target=mouseover] Remove Curse
