What new content are you referring to? Ruby Sanctum hasn't come out yet.

It comes out this Tuesday, the same day as the 24 hour downtime.

Ruby Sanctum doesn't come out until after Europe gets the new patch (this coming week) AND the Oceanic servers get the same patch (probably the week after). This 24 hour maintenance is probably to get servers somewhat more stable for said raid before the whole World (of Warcraft) explodes.

Oceanic Servers = American Servers. We already got the patch. just waiting on European and Taiwanese servers to get it. :)

Blizzard has already stated Sanctum won't be coming out this week. Chill out.
