Yes they do come out faster. It's just that the first 2 big oozes still come out real slow. Especially if you are in a high-end guild, Rotface should be under 50% (easily) by the time the first ooze explodes. With certain classes getting increasing damage abilities at 35% and 20%, the last bit of it goes really fast. It's more likely you are just overgearing the content.

I run pugs on my alts where we get 3 explosions or more, and they definitely come out faster and faster just as always. They may have slowed the later oozes, but they don't stay at that slow pace of the first big ooze.
