Nope, we did this on Icecrown. Arth transferred over for a week to do it with my raid group since his wouldn't let him.

Sindragosa is actually easier to pet tank than with a standard tank. They don't get the stacks of increased damage, and basically ignore the breath weapon, room aoe, etc. Cakewalk for the healers to heal a pet tank on sindi.
