You guys should really consider putting some ambient music underneath the broadcast to make the show a little more juicy.

They really need to just make McCurley a real host. He's been on a ton of these things and he's still being introduced as "guest host"! Madness!

For the Paladin tank that wrote in I have a few suggestions to make...
Looking at their armory, they already got the T10 gloves. When it comes to T10 and Paladin tanks, it is widely accepted that the four piece set bonus isn't worth it due to the bonus being RNG based and you will be in a place that is already reducing Dodge by 20%. If RNG doesn't favor you and if it's not physical damage, you're up a creek without a paddle so to speak. The offset pieces are much better with T10 at the 251 ilvl.
If you don't have access to 25 man ICC, I would get the helm/shoulders combo for the two piece. The Gauntlets of the Kraken, Cataclysmic Chestguard, Pillars of Might (crafted) are all going to provide more armor than the 251 T10. For the shoulders you aren't going to get anything till blood princes and there isn't a helm that drops in ICC10 so the T10 helm is not going to get replaced.
So for the Frost pieces I would get the T10 helm/shoulders, non-set gloves/chest/belt, crafted pants, cloak and trinket. The order I would get them in for you would be the Trinket>Belt>Helm>Shoulders>Chest>Pants>Gloves (I know you have the T10 gloves so those will do)>crafted pants and you already have the cloak. I would pass on the libram since it takes a looooong time to get up to it's full strength especially if there is downtime or if it falls off.
I'd also look at your gems and spec, I wouldn't gem haste/stam. When you get to ICC gear levels I'd go pure stam with the caveat of an Agility/stamina gem for the red socket required for the meta to activate. I'd get an armor kit for the gloves, either Accuracy or Blood Draining (Blade Ward isn't a very strong enchant for Paladins) on the weapon and armor on your cloak when the defense permits. At some point you can get the PvP shoulder enchant and that will be pretty much perfect. Your spec could use a little tweak with taking the points from Conviction and toss them into PoJ and Crusade. PoJ movement speed will be great for raid movement and Crusade is better point for point on threat than Conviction.
Anywho, that's my two cents. I know you didn't ask for advice on gems/enchants/spec but just making the suggestions since it will all come together in ICC for you.

I have to disagree with anybody saying to buy the frost emblem trinket first. Its not worth the 60 frost emblems considering the other items you could get. If you run normal TOC for the Black Heart and buy the Glyph of Indomitability you will have two great trinkets.
Stamina is great, but most of the damage in ICC is physical, so armor is also very beneficial. Why spend 60 frost emblems on a trinket (with a pretty bad on use) that is a marginal upgrade to two other easily attainable ones when the belt or cloak, etc would be much bigger upgrades.

Yeah I am the one who bought the Zune--- ahem; even considering my egregious mistake, I am normally a pretty good guy, and a big fan of the show, but unfortunately the Zune marketplace is not auto-downloading your show. Thought I would pass it along, after all it is so difficult click twice on my mouse to get the show downloaded. Keep up the good work and keep'em coming.
