According to what Blizzard said at Blizzcon last summer you won't be able to grind guild XP per se, as maximum gain per day will be throttled. This to not completely outcompete small guilds in the leveling race.

Naturally, these plans could have changed over the course of the past year (or 10-ish months anyway), but since we've not heard anything to the contrary I don't believe they have. :)
