WTB more info about "Auto-quests". Are these going to be WoW's answer to Warhammer's public quests, which are actually pretty damn awesome? Anyone know?

The basic mechanic for "Auto-quests" is the certain quests, once completed, give you the reward then show the next quest. In Stonetalon you're given a radio-like device for these types of quests. Overall think of it as the Wrath of the Lich King Quest in HoR. It shows up after beating both Falric and Marwyn.

I think they're already in the game. The quest chain with the ICC 5-man dungeons features a couple of auto-quests near the end.

My take on the 'Auto-quest' feature was more along the lines of receiving said 'Auto-quest' when you zone-in. Remember how we used to run around looking for yellow exclamation points over heads, then running around looking for yellow exclamation points on the mini-map. Welcome to the zone auto greeter. 'Hello Friend, you're new to this zone, so go talk to Billius Bobius - the Questgiver over there who has some things he wants you to do'. No more getting lost zoning in.
