I agree... the best part of this is, it kinda makes sense.
I wonder how much WoW would cost if the expansions were fairly cheap, and no monthly fee... but you had to "buy" the endgame raids for $15 each. Not every run, but for example, a full Beginning-of-Wrath set would be $60 for EoE, Naxx, OS, & VoA. That sounds feasable, and even moreso if you consider you can't get into EoE without "winning" Naxx. So instead of $60, it's $45 now and $15 later. VoA would also be an interesting one for this model, because it's a Loot Pigeon. Would it be $15 for each boss, or one transaction of $15 for the whole?
Or, of course... you could just pay a monthly fee of $13 like we do now (via the 6 month plan)
