Ali was given a quest to take down some Gronn. Upon arriving in the cave, the Gronn charged at him but slipped on the meat and bones littering the cave floor and died of head trauma. Since Ali still got quest credit, he kept the accidental nature of the death quiet so as not to lose his badass reputation.
