Cataclysm Beta: Goblin /flirt and /silly sounds
NSFW Warning: Some work environments may not like these jokes.
The Cataclysm floodgates have been opened, and the torrent of information coming is awesome! Here come the goblin sound files for goblin male and female /flirt and /silly jokes and flirts. A lot of it is what you would expect from goblins -- money, wheeling and dealing, bondage jokes and... wait, what? Some of this stuff is pretty racey, and I doubt it will stay in game like the infamous "kill two dwarves" troll emote. Nonetheless, here are your goblin sound emotes.
More clips are after the break.

"When in doubt, blow it up. Ahahaha" Win.
Sumadin Jul 1st 2010 9:09AM
It should have been: When in doupt, Seaforium.
Still good enough Mythbuster reference to me.

When at first you don' succeed, blow it up, again.

What happened to the WC3 style goblin voices? I'm so disappointed now.

If at first you don't succeed....
DESTROY ALL EVIDENCE OF TRYING!

They're doing a great job pleasing the people following Beta-updates, even if this stuff won't be in the game itself.

@jastillman74
im from the midwest. does that make me a racist too?
or are you just generalizing, which imo is sometimes the lead-off to racism.

I'm from New York, trust me, not a New York accent. That's Jersey all the way.

Aherm! "Joisy"
Binya Jul 1st 2010 5:00PM
Sorry, I live in Jersey, we don't all talk like the Sopranos/RHONJ. Ever watch The Jersey Shore? Those jerks are from New York. Definitely a NY accent.
Kyle Jul 2nd 2010 1:46AM
Not Jersey, that's all Boston Baby! And the chick sounds like Carla From Cheers.
Jonathan Jul 8th 2010 7:04PM
Heck no, that is NOT a Boston accent. Definitely leaning more "forced Brooklyn." A lot of people from neither area mix up Boston and Brooklyn accents. That's clearly the stereotypical television "forced Brooklyn Italian" accent. You know, the one you see pretty much every mob guy or pizza parlor owner on sitcom TV sporting?
Your classic Bwostuhn accent has a bit more bite to it. A little harsher and with a bit more of a sardonic tone to it.
Jonathan Jul 8th 2010 7:12PM
I also want to add that I find your citing of Carla from Cheers as an example of a "Boston accent."
Anyone care to guess where Rhea Perlman is from?
That's right: Brooklyn, NY.
If you want a good example of the Boston accent, go for Mark Wahlburg in the Departed. One of the only people in that movie who pulled it off.

"I like my women like I like my fuses: short, fast and ready to blow. Just wow
Snuzzle Jul 1st 2010 1:07PM
It's a tie between that and the females' "So then he asked me to go up on him" for "least likely to make it into live".
TiM Jul 1st 2010 2:40PM
Don't forget "I'm a free spirit, I don't like to be tied down.....What? Oh, you mean literally.....Oh no, totally into that."
Felix_NZ Jul 1st 2010 4:42PM
I may be pulling at tenuous links here, but 'go up on me' is from the upside down faced kid from Family Guy, and I'm pretty sure 'I'm a free spirit, I don't like to be tied down' is Audrey Hepburn's catchphrase from 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'
Kenneth Jul 1st 2010 9:08AM
Did he just refer to a blowjob with the whole, I like my women short, fast, and ready to blow....woowww lol
Prances in Underpantss Jul 1st 2010 11:59AM
There were a few.
I found the female one funny - "He asked me to go up on him"
Hiwa Jul 1st 2010 7:21PM
Oh I thought he meant 'ready to blow" as in "oh baby i'm gonna...''well you get the picture.
