Don, you are correct that the hunter preview initially stated that Camo would NOT have any actual Stealth component. But you have completely forgotten that this is a beta and things change. Things change in the actual released version of WoW, in fact! In this case, things have clearly changed. Camo, as it stands now, appears to put the hunter in full stealth if he is standing still.

Will this stay as is? I have no idea. It could very easily change tomorrow, next week or next month. And then it could change again and again. That's the nature of WoW, especially in beta mode.
