Ok, so I bothered to go check. Faerie Fire is also a 4% reduction that stacks 3 times. It looks like there is now just the one armor reduction category. It is likely these various effects will not stack with each other. Expose Armor does the full 12% with just one application, but lasts longer per combo point.
