Great article, food is very important after all we are what we eat.Remember the #1 worst offender in what we eat is sugar. It has no vitamins or minerals at all and converts straight to fat which we dont need more of.About the only food without sugar in it is fruit and vegetables and fish.

check again.. fruits are full of sugar as well. natural sugars but still sugars none the less.

Just because something is natural, it doesn't automatically mean it's healthy. While it's true that fruit sugars are better for you than refined sugars, ANY sugar in excess, regardless of the source, can be bad for you. Downing apple juice the way some people down soda may be arguably somewhat better for you, but it can still have negative affects on health (weight, insulin responses, etc).It's smart to try replacing refined sugars with fruit sugars where you can, but the best tactic is to just limit sugar consumption in general.
