Also a good point.

A lot of ppl don't have the proper respect for the leadership aspect of being a tank. A good tank is also a good leader who has a good understanding of the game and of specific dungeons. Whether its right or wrong, being the one who is first to rush into battle sets the pace for the rest of the group.
