If you have the, ah, 'nads to pull it off, more power to you. I envy your wit and aplomb (and I'm NOT being sarcastic). Honestly, the fastest way to shut up a troll is to point out how stupid they look to other people.

For most of us, however, the Mamas' advice is challenge enough to follow....
