The current speculation going around is that the undead Onyxia will be the "horrifying secret" after Cho'gall at the end of Bastion of Twilight. Makes sense considering the fact that there's a room in the instance filled with black dragon eggs.

i thought the current idea was that the secret boss would be a mini cthun, since thats who cho'gall was trying to ressurect. if he's been killed in the comic or something i dont know about it.
