I don't mind Oculus as the vehicles were there mostly for transportation. The encounter with Eregos, in terms of what each dragon did, only got ... problematic when grouped with people who didn't know what in the world was going on or with achievement GOGOGOGOGO-people. Mostly, the drakes were mixes of classes into a general archetype of a Role to play. It was annoying to learn but after you know the basics, it was simple and different and fun to fly on the other drakes, if only to try a different role for a few minutes. The other bosses went from very basic spank & tank to quick and clean but you need to pay attention and hey new guy learn stay out of the creeping ice and giant explosion.Malygos on the other hand is not fun. That single drake to use needs more or less perfect precision and communication between a raid, with one place in Northrend to practice (high up in the Coldara) as well as everyone doing every role and if there is lag, congratulations you are dead and a raid usually shares a lag-spike so now everyone is dead.
