@zdave: You're thinking of the talent "Improved Defensive Stance". Kaz meant, "Wasn't it automatic that you had it baseline when you went into Defensive stance so that arms and fury warriors could tank like they said was going to happen at Blizzcon?"

The answer to that (as far as I'm aware) is no. GC said that crits wont kill with the higher health pools, so it should still be ok for arms, fury, rets, frost, and unholy dps to tank regular dungeons.
