They should make Arcane Tactics cost only 1 talent point instead of 3 because the damage bonus has been removed. Paladins have a talent that gives the same 3% damage and a perc and it only costs 1 talent point. DKs also have a haste talent with a perc that also 1 talent point. I've noticed the same with BM hunters, their talents costs 3 points with no other percs.

Agreed. 3 points, witout gaining any personal benefit (which Blizzard has been applying to such talents ever since mid-LK) is enough for dedicated Arcane Mages dual speccing 2x arc : one with Tactics, the other without.
